‘Product’, ‘Order’, or ‘Design’ refers to the design developed as per the Clients instructions.

‘Order Form’ refers to the standard electronic form required to be filled by You to process the order.

‘Web Servers’ refers to the machines used to collect and store information of Users.

Information We Collect:

We take reasonable steps to maintain the security of personal data collected via TeleTech’s websites. You should understand that the open nature of the Internet is such that information and personal data may flow over networks connecting you to our systems without security measures and may be accessed and used by people other than those for whom the data is intended.

General Services Contract:

MRMSoft Inc. is a high-end Digital Solution Provider based in the USA known for providing amazing logos, Web, and Brand design, and a Web Development Company with having online presence across the world. To serve businesses regardless of the industry and size, we provide quality services and robust support round-the-clock. Our in-house designing and development team is comprised of professional designers and experienced programmers who have been serving this industry for many years.

The order you will place will immediately be forwarded to our Project Management department which, after analyzing the project scope, will assign it to the concerned department. The concerned department will read the given brief and start working accordingly to produce initial results, closer to how you want the final product to be. Therefore, make sure to give brief (order instructions/suggestions) or reference designs to get the desired result.

File and Formatting:

The File and Formatting of final deliverables are sorted as per the services. So you should read and understand what File and Format you will likely receive in the final files.

1. a) For Logo and Graphic Design:

Adobe Illustrator is the tool used by our creative designers for order completion. Therefore, the original file will be available in (.ai) format. However, upon request, the logo can also be sent to you in formats like. JPEG, GIF, PDF, TIFF, etc. We use the CMYK color palette for orders. However, at the request of the client at the time of order placement, we can also use a different color palette as well.

1. b) For Web Design:

Adobe Photoshop is the tool used by our professional web designers for order completion. Therefore, the original file will be available in (.PSD) format. However, upon request, the design can also be sent to you in formats like. JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.

1. c) For Web Development:

For Web Development, we use Our Secured Web Servers for hosting websites from the start. Once the website is completed and you are satisfied with the work, our technical staff can then migrate the final website to your server or transfer you the final files. The format and file type of the final files depend upon the framework on which your website is built. If your website is built on an HTML framework, the file format would be different as compared to the website done on a PHP framework, and so on.

Revision Policy:

MRMSoft Inc. knows that each Client has a different level of satisfaction, especially when there is something important like brand design. Although our designers try to provide concepts closest to the provided description, in some cases, clients are not satisfied with our designs and need some changes in the designs provided initially. Therefore, we offer multiple revision round-ups for free to our valuable Clients so that they can get the same design as they have imagined. However, the delivery of the revised design will take up to 2 business days.

QA Policy:

Our Team will not vary the design from the specifications provided by you in the basic-specification-order form to provide you with complete satisfaction.

Copyrights:

Upon the full payment of the work requested, Clients will have the complete copyrights of the delivered work and the original file will be sent to them and we will not claim any sort of rights on the design or code sent to the client.

Delivery Policy

The design order files and formats are delivered to the Member/Account Area according to the date mentioned in the “Order Confirmation”. Also, an email is directly sent to the client to notify him that his order is delivered to the Account Area.

It takes 48 to 72 hours (on average) to design and deliver it to your Account Area.

The Company only uses Electronic mail (Email) to deliver the Order to the email account provided by the Client at the time of order submission. In case late delivery occurs due to the provision of an incorrect or invalid email ID, you will not be able to ask for any type of compensation from the Company for late delivery. Therefore, we strongly recommend our Clients to double-check the information filled in the order form before submitting it.

MRMSoft Inc. offers round-the-clock customer support for its valuable customers so that they can get their queries resolved on an immediate basis. For the convenience of our honorable clients, we have offered the following communication modes.

Although we commit to providing round-the-clock support to our customers, sometimes we are unable to respond to queries in real time due to planned/unplanned maintenance and technical issues.

Changes In Policy:

The Company has all the rights to change, add, delete or edit any or all Terms of Services mentioned without sending notification to the Clients. Therefore, going through this page before placing any order is strongly recommended. Any order placed after the modifications made to this page will acknowledge your acceptance and agreement to the modified Terms of Services. The Company will not be liable to compensate the Client for the damages caused to him due to the ignorance of this note.
