1. Approval of Initial Work:
   • The refund request will not be entertained if the client approves the initial work.
2. Request for Revisions:
   • The refund request will not be entertained if the client has requested a revision of the initial work.
3. Dislike of First Draft:
   • If the client does not like the first draft of the work, they are advised not to request a revision or more concepts to qualify for a refund. Any request for a refund after revision or requesting additional concepts will not be entertained.
4. Client Contact:
   • The refund request will not be entertained if the client fails to contact MRMSoft Inc. within one week after order placement, for any reason.
5. Processing Fee:
   • The refund will be processed with a deduction of the minimum order processing fee only.

Refund Processing:

• Before Initial Work Delivery:
  • If you submit a refund application before the delivery of the initial work, the full amount will be returned (less a 10% service and processing fee).
• Within 48 Hours of Initial Work Delivery:
  • If you submit the refund request within 48 hours of the initial work delivery, 33% of the total amount will be deducted, excluding the 10% service and processing fee.
• Between 48 and 120 Hours:
  • If you submit the refund application after 48 hours and before 120 hours, 66% of the total amount will be deducted, excluding the 10% service and processing fee.
• After 120 Hours:
  • No amount will be returned if you submit the refund request after 120 hours. Additionally, no refund will be provided if you do not take any action on your work for 60 days from the order date. However, you can reactivate your work by paying reasonable charges for work activation, depending on your project.

Usage of Initial Work:

• It is strictly prohibited to use our initial work under any conditions. The copyrights of the work shared with you belong to MRMSoft Inc. unless the full order amount has been paid.

Order Cancellation:

• By MRMSoft Inc.:
  • The company reserves the right to cancel the order without notifying the client under the following conditions: a) If the client breaches any or all Terms of Services, whether willingly or accidentally. b) If MRMSoft Inc. is unable to deliver the project by the given deadline due to unavoidable circumstances.
• Refund for Canceled Orders:
  • In case MRMSoft Inc. cancels the order for any reason except a violation of the contract by the client, the order amount will be refunded to the client.

Important Note:

• In case of dissatisfaction, clients are requested to contact MRMSoft Inc. for a refund request. Contacting any intermediary institution for a refund without first contacting MRMSoft Inc. will be considered a breach of the agreement, and the matter will be addressed accordingly.
